POLICIES
- We call, text or email to confirm all appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments will be charged. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, 24 hours notice is required.
- All treatments will end on time, regardless of how late the start, so that the next client is not delayed.
- As a courtesy to other clients, please silence your cell phone while in the spa.
- We accept all major credit cards.
- Gift certificates do not expire.
- In order to redeem a gift certificate, it must be presented at the time of your service.
- Gift certificates may not be used to purchase products.
- All prices listed are for cash transactions. A convenience fee of 4% will be added to all credit card purchases.
- All prices are subject to change.
